Jena's love of beautiful homes started in the most unlikely place: a worn-down farmhouse in the desert, where ceiling leaks and half-finished DIY projects were simply part of the week. As a kid, she often felt too embarrassed to invite friends over — but even then, she was imagining something different for herself one day.
A home that took her breath away every time she walked through the door. Warm, finished, and polished enough to belong on the cover of a home and garden magazine.
Years later, as she began creating homes she truly loved, that childhood dream grew into something deeper. Because to Jena, beautiful spaces were never about perfection — they're about how a home makes you feel. Comfort, confidence, stability, and the stage for life's best memories to unfold.
That belief became the foundation of Jenny Shume Flooring: flooring has never just been about the floor. It's part of creating a home you're proud to come home to.
